- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We personally do not charge any fees for our services. We are compensated by the companies we represent to market their products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is about getting to know the client and listening to their needs. The second meeting is about proposing a solution to that need. The third meeting is to enroll the client in a program they find of value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hold a 2-15 license with continuing education every 2 years.
