- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive in our market! All our free Shower quotes include installation, hardware and tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would need name, address, email, what color hardware, height and width of shower opening for a rough quote,if you can provide that or we come and measure. Once the customer moves forward with our company, we will come and take proper measurements. We require a 50% down payment. At that point once payment is received, we order the glass and when it arrives I will contact you for an installation date.
