I hired Blue Water Pools to maintain a brand new pool I had built a year ago, but was starting to experience some problems with air getting into the equipment and my chlorinator was not working. Jeff showed up for the first time and resolved the issues within 15 minutes. I was very impressed. I have met 2 different pool techs from this company. They are both very friendly, very knowledgable of water chemistry and have done a beautiful job keeping my pool clean and clear as well as problem-free. I literally never have to think about the pool any more. I would definitely recommend using this company for anything pool related.Dec 19, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies from pool to pool. Most pools of standard size (15x30) fall in the range of $140-$160 per month depending on whether or not the pool is screened in and has a Polaris or other type of vacuum. If the pool is not screened in, the trees nearby can make a difference in pricing as it warrants more chemical and cleaning time to keep the pool clear and sanitized. Pricing is determined on site for larger pools or pools with heavy debris. However, give us a call, we can give you a ballpark idea over the phone after a few quick questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are always educating ourselves through different pool industry workshops offered. We also renew our Certified Pool Operators (CPO) certifications every 5 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with? The most common service we provide is weekly service. This includes everything needed so you can sit back and relax. We do everything. It is also very common for us to take green (or black) pools and turn them around so that they are clean, clear and most important safe for people to use again.
