⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We called Cassat HVAC after our AC stopped cooling late in the day, and Alex and DJ were able to come out the very same day after 5 PM. That level of responsiveness alone impressed us, especially since most companies wanted us to wait several days. What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. Before any work was performed, they thoroughly diagnosed the issue and presented multiple pricing options, explaining the pros and cons of each. There was absolutely no pressure, and we knew exactly what the cost would be before making a decision. The repair was completed quickly, and our system was running perfectly before they left. I can't say enough good things about Cassat HVAC. Our air conditioner stopped working on a weekend, DJ was available when most companies weren't even answering their phones. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They were professional, friendly, and honest throughout the entire process. The repair was completed efficiently, and the pricing was fair with no surprise charges. It's hard to find a company that still provides this level of customer service. I was referred to Cassat HVAC by a neighbor and had a great experience. DJ made scheduling easy, and Alex was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. The service call was only $79. Alex found a clogged drain line, a failing part, and recommended some preventative maintenance. He cleared the drain, replaced the capacitor, installed a water overflow protection device, and cleaned my system while here He worked with me on a package deal and completed everything for $350 total. That was less than a large HVAC company quoted me just to come out and clear the drain line. Great service, fair pricing, and quality work. I highly recommend Cassat HVAC and will definitely call them again.
