As a new AC company on the market in the Greater Jacksonville Area, these co-owners have made their mark on the community. They were punctual and quick to respond which, as us Floridians know, is important when it comes to an AC unit or air handler. Additionally, as a curious homeowner they were happy to educate my wife and I on what they were doing, symptoms to look out for, and how to best manage our system. I fully intend on working with these gentleman in the future and would encourage anyone else to as well.

Marcus is one of the first people I have hired off of thumbtack and I honestly have nothing but good things to say. He not only saved me and my boyfriend a couple thousand dollars but he's a very honest gentleman. He took his time to diagnose the issue and had all the parts he needed with him. We had 2 companies come out before to "fix" the issue but really they was just fixing things that didn't have issues. He was able to fix it within an hour if not less and had us up and going. Other large named companies we called wanted $150 if not more just to come out and look at the issue and would of charged us $6-$8,000 to resolve our issue but Marcus is very affordable and charges rates that should be charged.
