- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since starting Parker & DuFresne, P.A. in 1994, our mission has been to provide quality legal services, the value of which far exceeding our expense. We are not the low cost leader, and we will lose most competitions based solely on price. We are not expensive by comparison, but we charge enough to pay the best support staff what they deserve. We do not "offer discounts," but we do offer the best value, given our experience and expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial free consultation to discuss your specific legal circumstances. I am extremely thorough and pride myself on solving the most complex of legal problems. I am often told after my initial consultation that I provided the most complete information in comparison to other lawyers consulted prior to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started representing people in domestic cases straight out of law school more than 30 years ago. I have represented literally thousands of people facing family related problems. Chip Parker and I founded our family law practice in 1994.
