    Keith is an absolute legend. He is amazing at what he does. He will push you outside of your comfort zone and sculpt your body into that of a God! No kidding. I've been working out with Keith for almost a year and my body looks and feels better than it ever has. Keith is very professional and is always on time for our sessions. If you want to change your body, lose the fat and make your ex feel like sh*t after seeing the new you....Keith is the man to see!

    I've been working with Keith for nearly a year, and he has been a godsend in attaining my fitness goals. He is dedicated, patient, and very reasonably priced. I've maintained weight loss and gained muscle tone while working with him. I've also pushed myself to reach goals I'd have never imagined possible whole being his client.     Keith is an amazing trainer and really pushes you in your workouts. He is extremely motivating without being the stereotypical 'in your face' trainer. He has helped me learn new exercises that can easily translate to my home workouts. I would definitely recommend Keith!

    I would hire Keith in a New York minute as my trainer and recommend him to anyone I know. His professionalism is on point. Keith went above and beyond my expectations. He set fitness goals for me that are attainable for me personally. What I loved the most is he worked out alongside me. I have had other trainers who only told me what to do. Keith not only showed me, but stuck it out with me even when he was sick. His determination and focus is what will make him successful in this industry, not to mention his down to earth personality will keep his clients coming back.

    I've been working with Keith for the past month now to increase my muscle mass. His workouts are intense and I'm getting great results. Another thing I like about him is that he developed a food plan for me that lets me know what to eat and what to stay away from that'll help me gain this weight.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first off get a understanding of what my potential client wants to accomplish, than I go over how will get from point A to B with a structured plan that first their needs and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every two years I re-certify and take additional credentials to help to make me a better well educated trainer.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I noticed alot of trainers not providing clients with reachable goals. instead they are stuck with that trainer and never get to the level they hoped for due to the trainers neglect in the clients needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with ages 15-60. I've trained clients dealing with limited mobility to clients that are actively exercising and just looking for additional challenge.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you receive a great quality of service, meaning trainer interaction and information.
