- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost everything in flooring is charged by the square foot. The pricing can vary greatly however depending on the type of material, the size of the material, the layout and design of the project as well as whether of not their is any demolition or prep work to be done before beginning the project. This is why we always make sure to do a free in home consultation to help eliminate any variables and give our clients the most accurate quote possible and avoid any surprises during the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process often begins with an free in home consultation. We think it is vital to take our own measurements and visually inspect each job to help eliminate any surprises down the road and to also insure that we are giving our clients the absolute best price possible. We also normally like to shop and purchase product with our clients so we can give our input on the design and quality of the product our clients choose. We meet with our clients at the end of each day to make sure everyone is on the same page in regards to the progress and timing of the project and if they are not available we will call them to insure they are kept in the loop. Once the project in completed we stand behind our work with an 18 month installation warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from being in and around construction my entire life I am currently studying to get my general contractors license. I have my bachelors degree in business management and I am constantly talking with other professionals in my field about any new trends or techniques that may have come about. As a company we take every opportunity to send our employees to training classes throughout the south east to ensure that we are as knowledgeable as possible when it comes to installing your project.
