- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on providing long term value, not temporary fixes. Many projects involving stucco, siding, or water intrusion may require proper remediation, structural repairs, and finishing work to prevent future problems. Because of this, some conditions cannot always be seen during the initial inspection. Hidden substrate damage such as deteriorated wood, moisture intrusion, framing issues, or improper previous installations may only become visible once materials are removed. When this happens, we issue a clear change order explaining: • What was discovered • Why the repair is necessary • The cost involved • The recommended solution We do not proceed with additional work until the customer fully understands and approves the change order. This ensures transparency, no surprises, and full control for the homeowner.
