- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and honest. We do our best to give our clients the best rate and quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak to customer over the phone to get an idea of the project they have at hand. My business partner would then contact them to go over pricing, contracts and appointments. We follow up a day before the appointment. We come out and give our clients an excellent experience and they would receive an receipt after payment is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in maintenance. I have taken online course for HVAC(Licensed), Plumbing, and Electrical.
