- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starting at: $100 and up per person for 4-course dinner including dessert (pricing depends on protein chosen and if homemade pasta and cheeses are involved) + $150 for wine pairing or cocktail hour with our Bartender * Prices vary depending on chosen protein, and group size. Pricing goes down the bigger the group size and the less prep time is involved * Pricing always includes a top to bottom kitchen clean up and dishes put away * Grocery costs are at the expense of the customer (message me and I will give you ball park range and provide receipts upon arrival). * Tips are not included in pricing, but are always greatly appreciated!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer inquires to work with me: * I follow up with a message asking questions about their event and the menu they desire * Next we set up a menu consultation call where we discuss the planning of the menu in more detail. * I email the client the menu we agreed on * Upon approval of the menu, I email the chef services invoice for the client to review and pay. ( In order to secure the date, a 50% deposit is required.) * Then once their deposit is paid, I hit the ground running sourcing the freshest local ingredients possible to prepare for their event!
