He trains high school, college athletes, crossfiters not to mention the many clients that simply want to lose weight and get in shape. Anna Rushing (NASM ACE Bachelors in Psychology Minor Health Science): specializes in High Intensity Interval Training HIIT. This training causes your body to burn fat and strengthen muscle at the same time. Building endurance and resulting in weight loss. Anna runs bootcamps and also does one on one training along with nutritional guidance. She has helped numerous clients, predominantly women, lose weight and build more toned bodies. We are passionate about helping every person that walks through the door, not only get more physically fit but also educating them on every aspect of a long term healthy lifestyle. Meeting people where they are on their fitness journey, encouraging and supporting them through challenging effective workouts and guiding them through the correct nutrition for their personal needs and goals.
