Chef Windle was great. It was our 10 year anniversary and I planned it kind of late, but he work with me on the menu and setup for the surprise. He was on time cooked everything fresh and made my wife and I experience one to remember for years to come. I will be using him for my future catering and personal chef needs from here on out.

A phenomenal cooking and "smart" grocery shopping experience with Chef Windle. Chef not only taught me the basics (particular things to look for when buying produce, the proper tools and pans to utilize when you begin the cooking process, the list goes on!) but also various techniques and recipes that I could use on a daily basis. He was patient (had to be because I am a beginner) and kind. I moved out of the area before I could get to the advanced lessons, but if I ever move back to Florida, he will be the first person I call to finesse my cooking skills once more. Thank you again Chef Windle.

I'ts impossible to put into words how wonderful all of our experiences with Windle have been. If you are looking for someone who cares not only about preparing outstanding food but providing an overall fun dining experience he is your chef. We have asked Windle to cater many events at our home from backyard BBQ's to birthday parties and formal sit down occasions. His creativity never ceases to amaze and his food is to die for. He has become a great friend. For any occassion please do yourself and your quests a favor and call Windle, you will be so glad you did.
