We also have the experience and knowledge of being National Level Bodybuilders, and working with many National and Pro level athletes, we have worked with every type of client imaginable, men, women and children of all ages and backgrounds. Between the 2 of us, we have over 40 years of experience in the field of fitness and nutrition. We also have our own complete 100% Organic supplement line, our lab only produces the highest quality supplements, using the highest quality ingredients available. Whatever your goal is we can guarantee results!
I love the fact that we are helping our clients achieve their weight loss and other fitness goals, teaching them what they need to know to stay healthy and physically fit for the rest of their lives!

I don't believe that there are any better Personal Trainer's or Nutritionist on the entire East Coast! These 2 know exactly what they are doing, and will help you exceed your highest expectations! I am very happy with my results, I used Mike and Terri Vona for a bodybuilding show, for contest preparation. They were wonderful the whole way through the entire process, including show date, and backstage. I won my show, first place in my weight class. It was the first time I had competed in 30 years. I am 56 years old, and they helped me pack on more muscle and strengthen weaknesses in my physique that I did not even know I had until Mike pointed them out. I would highly recommend their services, even if you are just trying to get in great shape. But you Bodybuilder's out there, don't do another show until you talk to these two Professionals!

As registered VP of MVP Ent. (thru St of FL) will you repay me $963 from 1/2012 that you & husband Mike never provided windows. We have repeatedly contacted your husband Mike Vona & sent a USPS receipt return, registered letter that YOU signed & you nor your husband have made any effort to pay my husband Eric.
