So I actually switched from my prior pest control to Aruza after hearing about the way they operate through a friend. I have pets and thats a huge concern for me. My prior pest company would carelessly spray wherever. Aruza had a wayy better standard. Mr. Bland wore gloves. Sprayed cautiously. Never sprayed any of my personal items or outside dog bowls. Truly something that surprised me is I noticed him inspecting as he was spraying, when I asked what for? He said he was making sure to pay extra attention to any open areas or holes that insects would use to come in. He also educated me on the type of spray they used. The company I used prior would just use a pump sprayer and drench everything( including my carpet) it always made me worry because there would be a strong stench after x I didnt have that issue at all with Aruza! My prior pest company also would cancel my sprays if it was going to rain(come on its Florida it prob wont) I was assured this wouldnt happen here, I believe it as I have seen them else where spraying in cloudy conditions. The price is also very fair! Which is a huge bonus! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with my pest control service today. My technician, Airiona, was very professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain what she was doing, addressed my concerns, and made sure everything was properly treated before leaving.Airiona was knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Its always appreciated when someone takes pride in their work and makes sure the customer feels comfortable and informed.Im very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Airiona to anyone looking for professional and dependable pest control service. TIM did an excellent job, called the night before told me exactly when hes going to be here, TIM arrived right on time did his Spraying, such a nice polite man I gave him a couple instructions about staying away from my doors with the spray no problem whatsoeverVery professional, I would recommend ARUZA to anyone that needs insect removals especially the ant problem I have
