I highly recommend Mason for your appliance repair needs. He was very responsive, timely, honest, and fairly priced. We returned home from a weekend away to find that our dry wouldnt heat up. We reached out via his website on Sunday night and he was at our house the next morning. He diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running in no time.

I could not have had a better experience on my worst day. Nobody's dryer brakes at a good time, but mine felt like the last straw in a series of unfortunate events but Mason responded quickly and was transparent and knowledgeable about the whole repair process, and his fee as a Jacksonville local was less than the Samsung-automated center I was given by the dryer.Thank you so much Mason for your help!!

Mason did a fantastic job with our dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered parts and fixed everything perfectly. We are really appreciative of the great job he did. One of the best in Jacksonville for sure.

We used Mason to come out and diagnose our washer issue. It just stopped working all of a sudden. We live in Jacksonville, Florida and when I searched appliance repair companies, he was the first one to come up. We were able to schedule a next day appointment. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was straight forward with the evaluation of the issue and helped to guide us in making the right decision moving forward. I will definitely be using him in the future. Mason was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend his company.
