Taking care of our 90 year old neighbor. His wife passed after 5 years in care and his house needed a good deep clean. Talked with Garrett at Merry Maid and he explained the options and process thoroughly and quoted a fair price. Nichelle and Camie arrived on time and did an amazing job. Very friendly, professional and helpful they completed the job much quicker than we expected. Great people with professional service!

I originally left a negative review due to issues with incomplete cleanings and lack of follow up. I rely on cleaning services because of mobility issues, so this support is essential for me.
After my review, the company reached out and truly made an effort to correct the situation. They provided a free cleaning and sent a very competent, professional, and kind team. The quality of their work was excellent and a huge improvement from my earlier experience. I felt listened to and respected, which mattered a great deal.
Because of this, I have decided to continue services with Merry Maids. I appreciate that they took responsibility and worked to make things right, and I am hopeful this level of care continues.
