Chef Jessica hosted a phenomenal private birthday party for our daughter! I told her my daughter loved baking and was in to Harry Potter and she instantly got to brainstorming. She came up with very creative and fun ideas, but then came the execution 🪄 The photos speak for themselves, but only capture the tangible aspect. This will be an experience that my daughter and her friends will cherish forever; from the made from scratch and interactive baking experience to the delicious desserts, everything was great! Before we even left, my daughter was asking us if we could plan her 10th birthday party with Jessica again! 😄 Thank you, Chef Jessica! We will be reaching out again in the future!

I've attended a few of Jessica's cooking demonstrations - the results were absolutely amazing (roasted veggies, meats, soup stock - all out of this world good). I attended a dinner she put on for a women's group - meal was well planned, delicious!, and well attended, hehe. She's also helped me with a community fundraiser where she ruled the industrial kitchen and was a one-woman-show for most of the night so I could mingle with those attending. I was super impressed with the touches of taste and elegance. She truly helped make the night a success.

Depends on the job at hand and the amount of work it will involve. I am very reasonable and willing to work with a costumer so that we both be happy with the job at hand

Discussing in detail to get a clear idea of what they have in mind and executing it with close contact with the client so they get maximum satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started cooking at 8 and started culinary school at 17. Lots of work experience is the best educator though in my opinion. Hands on learning really sticks with you
