Clear and polite communication, and matched with fair and unchanging price, I don’t trick anyone into giving me more than I request before I begin

I have no education in my profession, I learned by doing everything as a contractor’s apprentice for 11 years
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father taught me everything I know when I worked with his company, Glenmark Homes lnc, a local general contractor - I was the contractors apprentice
