I had a really great experience getting my porch ceiling repaired. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, showed up on time, and was professional from start to finish. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Everything looks great, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work!

Came out and did a stellar job despite the company before measuring our door incorrectly. The new front door fits and is seated ABSOLUTELY perfectly. They’re also just good guys, great to talk to both very respectful and answered all of my questions.
A huge improvement to my home. Can’t thank them enough.

Dale and Livan of Streamline Restoration LLC were outstanding. I checked with a number of the good contractors on Thumbtack, and Streamline was most clear and concise. I definitely made an excellent choice, as Streamline purchased the best quality materials, PVC 5" wide to trim my 13 2nd floor newly installed impact windows. They suggested a top trim feature we liked that added a nice custom finish. They were a very efficient 3 man team, up and down the ladders with materials and tools, and completed the work in a total of 5 hours that others said would take much longer. They even suggested and installed an additional genius use of the surplus PVC trim in our balcony area which was a bonus extra for us! Streamline does much more contracting work than trim, so if you need a high quality, professional, value and solution oriented top contractor, please contact Dale and Livan at Streamline!

Wow Curtis I’m what can I say to such an awesome review from one of the coolest customers we have ever had. You made working for you a breeze as you were open to listen to our recommendations and can I just tell you what a cool piece of property you own. We would love to work there again and I have no doubt we will be your first call when that happens. Hope you have a wonderful Fourth of July. Be safe !

Dale and Livan from Streamline were great! Checked in a couple days ahead, showed up on time.
They installed a doggie door in an exterior concrete wall and an attic ladder in garage.
We reviewed the work at start of the day and they kept me updated with any issues. Work quality was great and they were thoughtful about clean up after the work.
Will use them again for some other projects we have planned.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
80$ an hour on time and material projects so if we agree to do work for you based on time and materials expect to pay 80$ per man hour as well as any materials needed to complete your project. Bigger projects I like to give a price for labor, equipment, and materials. So I would give one price for a defined scope of work as discussed with the customer at the time of site visit and anything out of this scope would be discussed and pricing changes would be agreed on by the customer before any work would be done for anything outside of the original pricing and scope of work agreement
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is the same for repeat customers as it is for new customers. I schedule their job and I show up when I say I’m going to. I answer any questions they have. And I do my best to provide a five star experience for everyone of my customers providing great customer service as well as delivering a completed job with quality craftsmanship
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA 20 certified. I’m a certified AVBA waterproofer, I’m also a certified installer for Anderson windows and doors. And I have over 25 years of on the job training and I’m still learning something new everyday as this industry is always changing
