It depends on what our clients are asking for. We do not provide one off the shelf workshops for the simple reason THEY DON'T WORK

Yes, we participate in QUARTERLY development seminars. Here we continually improve and upgrade our products and services. Our professional peers are open and share their expertise and experiences. We ALWAYS come away with nuggets to help us improve
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were looking for a vehicle that would demonstrate an ROI for people and process development. At first, we had one but not the other. When we added process engineering to the mix, the results were rich and could be demonstrated with money saved, improved sales, increased customer loyalty, time strategies and significant plans to move forward.
