We have been using Chrissi from Florida Sun & Surf Realty Group for almost a year now and have no complaints. We were moving out of state and needed a reliable property manager, one who would get the job done and also keep us informed along they way.
From our first initial meeting she pointed an issue on our property and was very helpful and resourceful with getting it resolved. She wasn't even our property manager as yet it was just a meet & greet walk through. She also recommended a local vendor who came out very promptly and handled the issue within a few days.
I would recommend her to any of my family members or friends!
