I had baseboards, casings and some sheet rock repair done. Great communication and was willing to do what needed to make the job look good. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew and plan on hiring for more jobs.

Brandon did a great job with a new floor installation in our master bedroom. His communication about the size of the job and different options for completing the work showed that he knew what he was doing. It was amazing how fast everything came together. We are already planing on the next room for him to work on.

Brandon and Steve were great to work with. I requested a quote for one project (closing in a wall), and they ended up giving me a great price for a second project (installing kitchen backsplash tile) while they were here. These guys are hard workers trying to grow their young business. They were very accommodating to my request for the jobs to be done in the evening after I got home from work or on weekend days. They showed up with everything they needed to get the job done, and they worked well together as a team. They were professional, communicative and respectful. Overall they did a great job on both projects. The one area I suggested they might need a little improvement is with the attention to detail. I have other projects coming up and will definitely be calling them to help me out.

Finding Brandon was such a blessing. Working with a company that is honest, punctual, dependable and meticulous it HUGE!!!!! I'm very picky person and notice the smallest of details. I noticed on the first day my hardwood floors were being installed Brandon was just as meticulous as I was and he noticed ever fine detail and made sure it was perfect. Brandon's goal was to make us happy. He Is a very respectable man I felt comfortable having in my home. I had estimates with a couple other companies who tried to nickel and dime me or over charge my installation square footage just to make more money. Also I had a company ask me why in the world I would put hardwood floors in my home and not engineered floors. Brandon had no issues installing hardwood floors and gave us a VERY reasonable estimate and the charge was the charge no last minute up charges. Also every spec of Debris was cleaned up at the end of each day leaving no mess for me at all. Garbage was not even left at my residence Brandon hauled it all away. It is a pleasure for me to write a review for Cosenza Carpentry an I would recommend this company to everyone I know and will definitely be using Brandon in the future.
