- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $90 diagnostic fee, which is waived with any repair. All of our pricing is upfront, honest, and based on a flat-rate system, so you’ll always know the total cost before we begin any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process depends on the type of service we’re providing. For maintenance visits, we perform a full system inspection, document equipment details, confirm filter sizes, and check components such as UV lights to build a full profile of your unit. For repairs, we diagnose the issue, explain the problem clearly, and provide recommendations before moving forward. For new system installations, we evaluate your home to ensure the equipment is properly sized and then offer the best options based on efficiency, comfort, and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and insured, and our team has completed extensive training in HVAC systems, including advanced training on variable-speed and high-efficiency equipment. This ensures we can provide reliable, knowledgeable service on both standard and modern HVAC systems.
