I just celebrated my 60th with a delicious meal prepared by Arthur and his assistant, April. Everything was flawless - his guidance on menu, the thoughtful place settings and menu cards and THE FOOD! While we love food, our daughter and her husband are big foodies and they were thoroughly impressed. The end of the evening we were trying to decide what occasion in the future could bring us to keys so we could book again!

Chef Arthur is amazing!!! He was very easy to communicate with through text, email and phone. He was very flexible with our menu and everything was scrumptious!!!!! He is organized, friendly and his presentation was beautiful!!!! He brought everything with him and created fabulous appetizers, entrees snd a mind-blowing dessert. He had a wonderful server with him and together they blessed us with an unforgettable evening. When they left, the kitchen was spotless and everything was put away. It was a very special treat for our group. We all agreed that we would highly recommend A Dinner in Paradise with Chef Arthur!!!!!

We had an amazing dinner celebrating my dads 80th birthday party. Arthur had two assistants with him, they were so generous and friendly, the food was absolutely amazing (lobster and steak, Caesar salad, appetizers, and fantastic key lime pie). My family was raving about his cooking. Thank you for such a memorable and delicious experience!!

What can I say about Chef Arthur, sweet, punctual, responsible, flexible and spot on dinner prep and meal. I’ve been in contact with him for two months organizing a dinner, while in vacation at an AirBNB, with specific dietary modifications. Chef Arthur was very accommodating to a few of my family members dietary restrictions. The food was fresh caught and reimagined to produce a top quality culinary experience. Chef Arthur even commented that he was happy to prepare some of the meals with these dietary modifications, they turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend Chef Arthur to anyone of your homes to allow him to work with you, produce the best quality food, and experience a tasteful delight. Thank you Chef Arthur for a family first and having a chef prepare a family meal. It is a memory that will always be cherished.
