Chef Daniel exceeded my highest expectations. I gave him a rough idea of what I was looking for and he took care of the rest. He designed an incredible custom menu to fit my specific taste and the vibe of the event. On the day of the event, I couldn’t have been happier. Chef Daniel and his team were extremely professional, but also made the dinner experience fun! As for the food— some of the best I’ve had in my life. He used fresh fish and shrimp caught in the Florida Keys that morning. And not only was the food absolutely delicious, it was also presented beautifully. I will be using his services again! If you’re on the fence about booking, just do it— you won’t regret it.

Where do I begin?! A few weeks have gone by and I still feel just as passionate about Chef Daniel's work. I couldn't have been more impressed with the entire culinary experience! I knew it was going to be an amazing evening of delicious cuisine after my consultation, but wow...blew my expectations out of the water! We hosted a dinner for 6 at an Airbnb home and even our guests are still raving about our dinner experience with Chef Daniel and his wife, Mari! The evening was going so well that my boyfriend highjacked his birthday celebration and turned it into a wedding proposal! With all of Mr. Schillinger's professional experience, he knew just what to do to help my boyfriend present the ring to me. What an unforgettable evening!!! Words cannot express my gratitude! Thank you so much for such a memorable dinner experience! We're looking forward to working with you again!

Dan and Johnny were awesome. We had them help with our anchor dinner for a guys weekend and they knocked it out of the park. Food was amazing, plent of it and good company too.

Chef Dan prepared an outstanding meal for a small party of 10 people. From being very helpful in deciding on the menu until the time he left our house Chef Dan was extremely professional. The food was absolutely amazing in presentation and more importantly, taste. We loved how the preparation and ingredients were explained when each dish was brought to the table. The portions were spot on. The only regret was there were no leftovers, which is a great indication that it was delicious!

    AoS in Culinary Arts as well as 20+ years in the restaurant/catering business. Certified Food Manager in Florida and New York.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My grandfather was a master chef and butcher in Germany. I worked with him during my summers growing up and continued my career in love of professional cooking and hospitality after university.
