Deanna with Squeekee Clean cleaned my house for many years. She was always easy to schedule, on time, was very pleasant and did a great job. I hate that she moved out of state. I’ve had a hard time finding anyone quite like her.

Couldn’t clean whole house due to delay with contractors but I asked for bathrooms, fridge and fireplace to be cleaned. Fridge was not wiped clean, looked same as before. Bathrooms as was. Fireplace was cleared out though.

I gave her a high rating because she was so kind and regretful when I called her afterNoon today because she didn't show up. THE REASON she didn't show that SOMEONE unknown to me had notified her that I had cancelled. MAKE NOTE -- I DIDN'T CANCEL . This is the SECOND pro I have hired cancelled by I, I would presume it was Thumbtack. If you ever communicate with someone on my behalf, I respectfully request a copy of it. I am new to THUMBTACK and likely don't have a full understanding, but it appears you have a wonderful system, in the end on this project, if I was rating THUMBTACK inself, Thumbtack would have to get a zero. PLEASE DON'T CANCEL ON my behalf -- especially without telling me. If I need to cancel I will notify the pro. I take it you don't read the communication between myself and pro before you unilaterally Cancel.
