FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be straightforward, flexible, and scalable depending on the event type, audience size, travel distance, and animal lineup requested. Our standard educational wildlife programs begin at $300 for a one-hour experience and include a curated lineup of ambassador animals such as reptiles, amphibians, mammals, and crocodilians. Multi-show discounts are available for schools, camps, and organizations booking multiple presentations on the same day. Optional premium upgrades, larger species, owl experiences, and specialty animal interactions may have additional costs depending on logistics and staffing needs. We also offer custom quotes for large-scale events, corporate activations, hotels, resorts, festivals, and recurring educational programming. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and collaborative. First, we learn about the event, audience, age range, goals, venue setup, and preferred experience style. From there, we recommend the best program format and animal lineup for the occasion. Once details are finalized, we provide pricing, scheduling, and any setup requirements. On the day of the event, our team arrives early to safely set up and ensure everything runs professionally and smoothly. Our programs are designed to be highly interactive, educational, visually engaging, and memorable for guests of all ages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines formal biological education with a combined thirty years of real-world experience working directly in wildlife education and entertainment. Croc Springs staff have backgrounds in zoology, biology, wildlife education, animal behavior, reptile husbandry, public outreach, and exotic animal management. Our team has worked in professional zoological facilities, wildlife programs, conservation education, and hands-on animal care environments for many years. We are licensed through the State of Florida where required and prioritize professionalism, safety, animal welfare, and educational value in every program we provide.
