We had a number of things we needed done around the house - installation of ceiling fans, inside and on our porch, switching out some lighting switches, hanging some very heavy mirrors, and shortening a set of french doors. They responded almost immediately to my inquiry and were at my house within a couple of hours. They worked until after dark and came back the next morning to pick up right where they left off. Everyone was very professional and nice. All of the work was done well and care was taken to make sure our floors were protected and everything was cleaned up before moving on to the next thing. We will definitely be contacting them to help us with our next projects.

Hi Harjoat, We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we do want to clarify what actually happened. Our cleaner arrived at 6:00 PM, exactly at the scheduled time, and was waiting at your building entrance. We contacted you because we could not enter the apartment complex without the apartment number, which you repeatedly refused to provide. For safety reasons, we cannot instruct our workers to walk around an unfamiliar building “finding the door.” This is unsafe for our team and goes against company policy. We attempted to reach you multiple times only to request the necessary access information — not to “spam” you. Since you declined to give your apartment number, we were unable to perform the service and had to cancel the appointment to protect our staff. We always prioritize professionalism and safety. We wish you the best moving forward
