FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into the fitness industry because it has been my life. I started as an elite gymnast when I was 8 years old and then went on to spend 10 years performing with the world renowned Cirque du Soleil. During that time I struggled with my own health and fitness issues. I underwent many surgeries for injuries and also struggled with a severe eating disorder for 15 years. I know all too well from personal experience how frustrating the fitness journey can be. However, I also know how rewarding pushing through those struggles can be :) My experiences help me relate to others and I enjoy sharing what I have learned throughout my own journey with my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
When working with clients I make sure we take steps to implement lasting lifestyle changes. There is no temporary diet or program that will work for the longterm. Therefore, our focus is on creating a lifestyle change that will get you the results you want and will allow you to maintain those results for life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all trainers are created equally! Do your research and make sure your trainers knows what they are doing, has experience working with other clients, and can get you the results you want. Most importantly though make sure your trainer CARES about you and YOUR goals!
