The project ended up being done well but the responsiveness is a problem. I was promised additional remote control and he never delivered it. I have texted several times to no avail.

Amazing job. The app only allows me to chose three reason they were good, but I’m going to add everything. Their work quality was good, their professionalism was on target, they punctuality rare, responsiveness super fast and the value appreciated. They had the honesty of giving us two quotes: one replacing all the screens that were damage and replacing everything. We decided to replace everything, and they cleaned the gutters and repair the doors as part of their service. The came around 9 in the morning and around 6 everything was done and clean. Was a very pleasant experience. We offer to pay a part up front to help with the cost, they said that was not needed, that they could get paid when the job was completed. In a time and age that so many try to take advantage of others, I was surprised by their response. We knew them that we chose the right people and after seen the job finished we could not be happier. Did I shared that the estimate was done around 230 on November 26th and the job was completed around 600 on November 28th? We could not be happier. Thanks a lot Outpro. In us you have a client for life.
