I hired at agreed price of $1,500.00. To fix Stucco, trim and thin out two oaks, caulk windows outside and inside replace weather stripping around two doors. Two men showed up did tree’s, caulked (somewhat) around outside only. Put a sealant on stucco only and did what was needed on roof. I really was ripped off.
