Many companies quote a low price to get the job, but do not do anywhere near the thorough job I perform. If you hire me for malware removal, all malware and viruses disappear. It takes 8+ hours to completely remove malware and can not be done completely online. If you hire me to replace the hard drive, I will first determine if you really need a new hard drive or if something else is causing an issue. I am an expert in troubleshooting and repairing all forms of computer hardware and software.
The never ending challenges with new malware coming out daily! It is amazing what some of it can do to keep from being detected. I use more than seven tools, including 14 years of personal experience in malware removal to look at what files are on your computer, what loads from the registry, and I research files that seem suspicious. I enjoy the challenge of a new virus or malware.

While all other computerrepair stores charged me an arm and a leg to simply look at my machine, Steven personally drove to me and took a look at my machine and fixed it for a reasonable price. I didn't have to get any new parts despite other companies saying I needed to. I highly recommend his services

I would recommend Steven Bradley for any type of repair. Steve was kept in touch with me and even helped me over the phone.
He came to my house and was done within a half hour. Again I was very happy with his work and I know if I have any problem he will make right well worth it for sure

Pleasant and fixed both my Desktop and Laptop. Was on time and returned on time with work requested done with Viruses and Malware removed by Steven. A few niggles with speed but otherwise very satisfied with the service. Will use again and recommend to others

What types of customers have you worked with?
Malware/virus removal, network and wifi repair/setup, new computer setup, repair laptops and tablets (internal parts, such as hard drives, keyboards, screens, etc).
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Client presented me with a laptop with a very badly damaged registry. It was so bad, the Windows 8.1 update from the Microsoft Store could not install. I suspect client had used free registry optimizers available online to speed it up, not realizing the real problem was over 1000 items of malware. I was able to do an install of the system files and repair the registry while preserving all of the user's settings, files and installed applications. The result was a completely perfectly running system.
