I provide permit-ready plans for additions, decks, lanais, detached garages, pole barns, and sunrooms. As a solo architect with 2 years in business and years of construction industry experience, I understand what building departments look for and how to avoid delays.
All drawings are produced in AutoCAD and can be reviewed and stamped by a structural engineer with a quick turnaround when needed. My goal is to deliver accurate, buildable plans that make the permitting process as smooth and efficient as possible.
