I provide permit-ready plans for additions, decks, lanais, detached garages, pole barns, and sunrooms. As a solo architect with 2 years in business and 42 years of construction industry experience, I understand what building departments look for and how to avoid delays.
All drawings are produced in AutoCAD and will be reviewed/stamped by a Florida Licensed structural engineer with a quick turnaround when needed. My goal is to deliver accurate, buildable plans that make the permitting process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Working with Monica was a delight! I wanted to add a Florida room to my home. From concept through completion, Monica's drawings achieved everything I wanted in my new addition. She was very easy to work with, and delivered the drawings on time & allowed 2 revisions per the contract, & we didn't even need one! I would highly recommend her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work out of my home so that I can keep fees down to a reasonable level. No overhead!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask if they have a hand drawn sketch or picture of what they are looking to build. If the client wants me to create a design I then ask a series of questions to get a mental picture of what the technical drawings will look like. I create a sketch and send to them for their approval before starting the final product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owned a construction company for new construction with my brother and branched out to add another company for remodeling. I have been in this business for 40+ years.
