What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't work by the hour it is per job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No not in cleaning. But in the health field we have to do continuning education every year to keep up our licence.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working at a Daycare when my kids were little and the owner ask me if I would be interested in doing some cleaning for her and I said sure and that's how I got started. I love it.
