Genovese with Columbia Events and Rentals does a fabulous job. I rented table and chair linens from them for my June wedding. During the process of picking out colors and styles she willingly took the time to come to my house and show my parents and me a visual of what to expect. Before that meeting, she met with me at Starbucks and made both my mother and myself feel like true customers by treating us to coffee, which made it feel even more welcoming. She arrived with pictures and examples for me to look at and shape what I pictured for my big day. During setup she was very precise with how things looked. Everything was ironed, well cared for, and in tip top shape. Rather than going to a venue and just "getting the job done" as most people would do, she took the time to connect with those working alongside her on other wedding decorations. Even in chaotic situations, she somehow helped me stay calm as a bride. It's the personal connection and additional advice/assistance that shows Genovese truly loves what she does and enjoys seeing a satisfying smile on her customer's faces. Genovese Terry did an amazing job of making a princess balloon carriage for my daughter's bday party. She was readily available to discuss the decor ideas, quoted a reasonable price. The princess carriage was so much more cuter than I expected it to be. Thank you.
