FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the national average for our industry. Many jobs have a set fixed price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I think the biggest mistake that most people make is failing to discuss money. It’s almost like this part of the conversation that is danced around. To me its the most important part. It’s critical to ask “what is your budget?” if I don’t know your budget then I’m never going to meet your expectations and I’m not gonna be able to make you pleased with the Experience. Neither party benefits from unrealistic expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 12 years in Gainesville and surrounding areas servicing HVAC equipment. Being an HVAC service man is it just working on air conditioners and furnaces, we have to be proficient in plumbing ,electrical ,controls ,diagnostics and many other things. In between those years I spent seven years doing framing and remodels with Courson construction out of Lake Butler. Framing taught me about the bones of a structure but the remodel taught me everything else and everything that can go wrong. Anytime you open anything up in a home you hope for the best but plan for the worst. Just those two jobs have been fairly rounded in all aspects of a home and on top of that developing new skills for tools has became a hobby of mine and at this point in my life I don’t feel that there’s too many things that I cannot repair or build.
