Donnie came out too our house and we talked about what we wanted, he said he would prepare a quote later that week. That was Monday [Labor Day ] we have not heard back from him and today is 9/17/24. He did charge $100 for ???? Not a good way to do business.

This potential customer Robert T did call my company to come out and do a site survey to see if his Wi-Fi would cover the areas he needed to install cameras. I went to his house and did the site survey where I scanned his Wi-Fi and showed him where his dead spots were so he could install Wi-Fi extenders in those locations. he understood before I rolled a company truck it was going to cost $100 for the site survey. this had nothing to do with the installation of cameras. we spoke about installing four cameras. and I showed him a few cameras that we have used in the past. he wanted to make sure that he could see them on his laptop I explained to him that I was not sure if we could do Wi-Fi cameras that run off the Android application and be able to watch on a Windows laptop. I told him I had to look into it and that we were very busy. so I was not sure how long it would take. he told me that he and his wife were both retired and to just take my time. Quite frankly, I am surprised with this review considering he never bothered to call or text me asking me to come out sooner. particularly when he said he was in no hurry whatsoever.Had he contacted me, I would have responded immediately.
