Good rate and honest. I called a few services and used my subscribed service, but settled with Bryan. My subscribed service was a two men tag team to try to get me to replace my HVAC system when it's only 6-7 years old and pulled out wires that Bryan had to put back. I highly recommend Rescue By CJ's. I will have them intall new system when this one breaks down. the outdoor unit breakdown was such an ordeal but Rescue made it calm and easy and smooth.

I had a problem with my heating during the extreme cold snap where temperatures were in the 20's with no heat in my house. The technician arrived on a Sunday within a few hours of my call and had me up and running in no time.

I woke up the coldest night of the year here recently December 30th, 2025. My unit, I purchased not even 5 years ago from another company in DeLand. Tried to get in touch with that company with no answers, no callbacks. Called Rescue by CJ's, within a few hours had Justin come out December 31st, diagnosed the problem and was told that the fan blower motor was bad. Unfortunately the local distributor in town, R.E. Michaels didn't have it in stock and it had to be ordered. Seeing as the following day was New Year's Day everything was closed. So I went to Walmart and spent $120 for space heaters, I didn't go cheap I bought good ones just in case I ever need them again. On January 2nd Rescue by CJ's came out 30 minutes before the scheduled time.The technician's name this time was Bryan, very friendly, very knowledgeable has been in the business for 30 plus years. He had my heater up and running again in an hour. Very professional service. I would recommend Rescue by CJ's to anybody that's looking for great service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Now because my unit was still under warranty it didn't cost me a heck of a lot, I don't know what it would have cost if I didn't have the warranty but I'm very pleased with the outcome. Brian was awesome, he came out quickly realized what the problem was and fixed it. When something happened a few days later, he came right back out quickly.Realized what the problem was and fixed it. Definitely Recommend!

Josh was very friendly and did a very through job and fixed the issue promptly although the blower needs to be clean i know he put in a order for that as well and explain that would be done later. But 1 - 10, he did an excellent job especially in this weather. Much appreciated!
