What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run a different promotion once a month that customers love.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts us and schedules a free quote, we will come out and take a look at the property or project and decide a price for the job or a monthly contract. If the customer is not happy with the price, we try to work with them the best we can. If the customer is happy, we will get all their info and put them in our scheduling and invoicing system and go from there.
