This was my first time to call Digiprint for service with our office copier and I am sooooo pleased! Brandon responded quickly to clarify what type of service was needed. Tech Hazan even thought to bring the replacement part with him in case it was needed and they actually had the part in stock! Hazan was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Very efficient and had everything repaired in quick fashion. He took time to explain to me as well as show me what was needed. Charges are very fair and it is refreshing to not feel taken advantage of with "have to order the part" and making a second service visit for additional cost as some other service providers do. I have entered this company in our database as our go-to-guys for copier and IT!

The worker was very thorough in explaining the work he was about to do and his shared his evaluation afterwards. Kind, friendly, professional service. It took a few days for Digiprint to respond, so we were playing tag, going back and forth with messages before an appointment was scheduled. I was expecting same day response and an appointment within 24 hours.
