- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give a down to the penny price on every job - no surprises. Pricing varies based on - moisture & condition of the concrete, cracks, product selection, choice of flake, anti-slip additives, stem walls etc. This is why we offer 100% free, no-pressure, in person quotes. We don't do bait and switch pricing like a lot of other contractors who quote over the phone!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a 100% free, no-pressure, in person quote, usually within 24 hours of calling us. We go through colors, options, and select your desired dream floor. We can even custom blend color options! We then schedule your install, and even work with you to help move items out of your garage and into an on-site storage container. This gives you time to move things back in without stressing about stuff being left outside overnight! All our technicians are trained and background screened. You'll actually receive a photo of your installers before they come to your house!
