- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out to our team we assess the space to familiarize ourselves and explain to the new customer exactly what will be done in the home. We ask customers about any allergies so that we can ensure that we are not using products that will affect anyone in the home. Once that is completed we schedule a time for the first appointment. If the customer has any questions before the appointment they are welcomed to reach out to us. Once service is complete we do a completed walk through to address any possible concerns the customer may have.

I have 10 years of cleaning training and experience
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a very discipline driven home and found love and enjoyment in making spaces clean.
