Highly recommend Kymii Pros ! When I was looking to renovate my bathroom, I spoke to other contractors and decided to go with Kymii Pros llc due to the fair price, fast communication, and a short timeline of work. My complete bathrooms renovation took 10 days, which included doing a few other random projects in my condo (kitchen cupboards and foooring install, painting a door, hanging blinds, installing a new fan). The project director was very communicative the whole time and everyone who was working were so nice. I had a disastrous experience with a contractor last year, so am thrilled to finally have found a good one

This is the company you want to hire. I interviewed and got estimates from 8 others. Kymii Pros LLC exceeded them all with quality and communication (the 2 things that should matter the most to giant projects). They listened to EVERYTHING, and even better.... the project director then listened to every concern or question I had and explained it always in a way that I was happy with (never talked above my expertise or brushed me off). Areas of excellence: communication, planning (ways to save or do cheaper but not cut on quality of installation), tile work (installer was a true artist and craftsman), drywall work (our original walls were horribly unlevel/uneven...not sure what magic they did but drywall smooth and secure). Overall I love the bathroom remodel. I plan to hire them again for next big project. It was a joy working with you guys

Prompt response from owner. They stays in touch and communicates project progress and delays. They answers his phone or calls back if you call him. They also has a top notch foreman that is a true craftsman that takes pride in his work. The office girls keeps the books and sends invoices promptly so you can keep up with expenses. Kymii Pros LLC is doing some home renovations for me in a 65 year old house that has some difficult structural obstacles. Brian’s foreman is killing it! Doing great work. Very pleased with Kymii Pros
