Im a contractor and was renovating a bathroom, I hired Velocity JunkRemoval to clear out a bunch of the demolition debris (tiles, drywall, flooring, old bath tub) they helped out and ripped out the carpets. They came when they said they would and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend.

Well I got ripped off because I paid in advance for tree work. Then Velocity drove by and took really great care of me. I piad them left for work got home and they went above and beyond. They not only cleaned my front yard but brought my cans in. Definitely definitely a re hire and help spread the word they're awsome. And they won't burn ya. And they really picked everything up I can mow without raking. No daily fine of 250 and or 500 I paid 275 and my stress problems went away.It felt so good to come home today and not see this seriously mound of logs . Thanks Velocity you guys are awesome! Definitely recommend these guys. Ill see them again for sure. Thanks have a great day !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the amount and type of items being removed, the space they take up in our trailer, labor, accessibility, and disposal requirements. We offer free estimates with no obligation — customers can send us pictures of the items for an estimate before scheduling. We also offer volume pricing for larger cleanouts and competitive rates for recurring commercial and property-management accounts. Any additional work or special disposal requirements will be discussed with the customer before moving forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple:
Contact us by phone or text.
Send pictures of the items or area that needs to be cleaned out.
We provide a free estimate based on the information provided.
We schedule a convenient pickup time.
Our team arrives, confirms the scope of work and price, then loads and removes the items.
We clean up the area when the job is complete.
Items are taken for appropriate disposal, recycling, or donation when practical and permitted.
For larger commercial projects, we can also coordinate scheduling, recurring service, and project-specific pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is primarily hands-on and experience-based. We have practical experience with junk removal, hauling, property cleanouts, furniture and appliance removal, yard debris, construction and demolition debris, and light demolition.
We focus on safe lifting and loading practices, protecting customer property, proper use of hauling equipment, and responsible handling of materials. We also follow applicable requirements for disposal and recognize that certain hazardous or regulated materials require specialized handling.
