- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t like to charge fees but payment must be on time every month or it is a $10 late fee (there is a 5-day grace period if you contact me letting me know it will be late in advance). Also a $10 fee will be applied every time I run into an excessive amount pet feces. So please pick up after your pets. Thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure they see the quality work I provide before I leave for the first service to see what are their likes and/or dislikes so I can make sure I get as near to their expectations as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a foreman in the Landscaping department at Cherry Lake Tree Farm for about a year before I left when I was 20 years old. I also have experience through them with irrigation systems, from setting up full systems to locating busted pipes or sprinklers and repairing them.
