FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the extent of wheel damage, finish type, and number of wheels serviced. Minor curb rash repairs are more affordable, while full refinishing or custom finishes may cost more. I offer transparent, upfront quotes with no hidden fees, and discounts may be available for multiple wheels or dealer/fleet work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers send photos of the wheel damage, and I provide an initial estimate. Once approved, I schedule a mobile appointment at their home or workplace. Most cosmetic wheel repairs are completed the same day, and I walk customers through the final result before closing out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received hands-on training in cosmetic wheel repair, refinishing techniques, and paint correction processes. I continuously refine my methods using professional-grade tools and coatings to ensure OEM-quality results on every repair.
