Hi, I’m Ashley, a certified personal trainer who specializes in strength training for women in their 30s and 40s. Many of my clients come to me because something shifted. Workouts that used to work suddenly don’t anymore. Energy is lower, recovery feels slower, and body composition starts changing even when you’re still exercising. Instead of chasing extreme workouts or spending hours in the gym, I focus on a simpler approach: structured strength training designed to help you maintain muscle, improve confidence, and feel stronger week to week. Most of the women I work with are busy professionals or moms who want a clear plan, not guesswork. My programs focus on efficient strength training that fits real life while helping you rebuild strength and confidence in your body. If you’re feeling stuck with your current routine or just want a clear plan that actually makes sense for this stage of life, I’d be happy to help. I currently work with clients virtually through a structured coaching program and am building a small waitlist for upcoming openings. Consults begin in April, with the next group of clients starting in May.

Ashley is an excellent trainer. She kept me motivated and I was able to meet my goals. She always answered my questions. The sessions were fun! She was rotating the excersises and she was very good about showing me how to properly do them. She was always profecional and reliable.

Ashley was the best PT Ive had at the Y. She was so patient and motivating and worked with me at my pace. I never once felt embarrassed or uncomfortable while trying out a new exercise. Thanks to Ashley, I was able to start feeling more comfortable in my body and I now have the confidence to work out in front of my friends and other people. I would 100% have her as my trainer again.

Ashley's programs work! I wasn't eating enough ... or enough of the right foods. Within just a few months of eating plenty of the foods suggested on Ashley's meal coaching program my body took a new shape. i went from skinny-fat to fit.. lost some fat and gained a healthy amount of muscle. It's incredible what a few weight training sessions a week will do! I like that Ashley's plans don't include starvation diets or tons of cardio but still get results.
