Hi, I’m Ashley, a certified personal trainer who specializes in strength training for women in their 30s and 40s.
Many of my clients come to me because something shifted. Workouts that used to work suddenly don’t anymore. Energy is lower, recovery feels slower, and body composition starts changing even when you’re still exercising.
Instead of chasing extreme workouts or spending hours in the gym, I focus on a simpler approach: structured strength training designed to help you maintain muscle, improve confidence, and feel stronger week to week.
Most of the women I work with are busy professionals or moms who want a clear plan, not guesswork. My programs focus on efficient strength training that fits real life while helping you rebuild strength and confidence in your body.
