If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!! Management....what management! I am still battling to get items rectified from thefirst month that I moved in!!!! My rent has raised every year and nothinghas been addressed properly, if at all. I am living with doors that do not lock and electrical issues! The owners are rude and unapproachable. They have an unmanned emergency line that states that NOTHING is an emergency except for fire or a water main break! I feel that NON LOCKING doors are an emergency! As tenants, we have to call a toll free number to a warranty company, schedule our own appointment for repairs and miss work to meet the contractors (again, I ask "What property manangement?????") Oh....and the best part, I get to pay for the service call and wait to see if it is approved to be taken off the next month's rent! This company is the least professional company out there!Please read the reviews and RUN!!!!!!!! What is also especially interesting, is that they have a small review site that they post that is company regulated and surprise....NO ACCESS for disgruntled tenants and property owners to post. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIPOFFF ARTISTS!!!!!!!!RESPONSE: In response to the owners response: I find it hard to believe that you don't see me on record as one of Legend's tenants after 3 years and 5 months of tenancy. The property is on Loyola Ct in Sanford. So please stop trying to negate my frustration. It's very interesting that you were able to locate my name as a tenant to call me in response to the above review that I posted. I am accurate in what I state that happened. I will also be accurate when stating that the 2 ladies that I have most recently spoke with from Legends were very professional in handling my frustration and anger (might I add, justified frustration and anger). Unfortunately, these two professional ladies, as employees had to take the frustration on behalf of this mismanaged situation. Now, with that air being cleared, I will proceed with communicating and moving forward as agreed upon between one of the Legend's representatives and myself. If these matters are resolved professionally and fairly, I will update this review as such.
